How to enjoy it

The simplest way is still the best: a pure spoonful, to feel the texture melt in your mouth. It is also excellent spread on a slice of still-warm bread, in plain yogurt, on pancakes or in herbal tea.

Tip: add it to your hot drinks only when they have cooled down a little (less than 40°C), to keep all its character.

You used to sell white honey from Kyrgyzstan, why Kazakhstan now?

We have changed our source of supply. Kazakhstan is Kyrgyzstan's direct neighbor, and white honey is produced there from the same flower, wildflower. You therefore find what makes its reputation: its pearlescent color, creamy texture and great mildness. We prefer to clearly state the true origin of each jar rather than keep a more well-known name.

Is white honey real honey?

Yes. It is 100% pure honey, simply from a flower (wildflower) that naturally gives a very fine crystallization and a light color.

Will it harden over time?

It keeps its creamy texture. If it firms up a little, stir it with a spoon. Do not heat it.

How to store it?

At room temperature, away from light and moisture, jar tightly closed. No need for a refrigerator.
